Hopnova is a fast-paced, exciting arcade platformer where you control a figure that is always leaping between platforms and hazards. You have to time each jump perfectly, otherwise your character will go down.
The core of Hopnova is the constant leaping and moving mechanics. Players have to measure the distance between platforms and choose the appropriate direction and every jump must take them further. The further down you go the harder the game gets. You need to observe and get superior reflexes.
First, control your character jumping from one platform to the other. Look at the platforms in front of you before making the next jump.
Some places may have you switching directions quickly or have timed jumps to prevent dropping off the level. Take it slow, don't rush especially when the distance between platforms can be unexpected.
Look before you leap: Find out what’s coming next so you don’t miss anything.
Timing: If the position isn't good, don't jump early.
Change direction in between jumps: A little shift and the character lands right.
Don’t be too greedy; a safe jump beats trying to cover too much ground.
Work on your reflexes: Replaying challenging areas will help you get adjusted to the speed and controls.
